Berman Fink Van Horn Welcomes Three New Attorneys

ATLANTA, GA, November 26, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ — Berman Fink Van Horn P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of three new attorneys, Henry A. Bailey, Jr., Ashley M. Bowcott and Katherine M. Silverman, to our firm.

Henry BaileyHenry A. Bailey, Jr. has joined the firm as an associate attorney in its commercial real estate, general corporate and zoning and land use practice areas. Profiled as one of “Five to Watch in Law*,” Henry brings a blend of legal expertise and business acumen to his clients. He assists clients in the acquisition, sale and development of commercial real estate properties, including office buildings, multifamily and retail and mixed-used developments. Henry also provides counsel on New Markets and State and Federal Historic Tax Credit development projects. Henry is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He also received a Master of City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Morehouse College.

Ashley BowcottAshley M. Bowcott has joined the firm as an associate attorney in its business litigation, non-compete/trade secrets, labor and employment and real estate litigation practice areas. Ashley received her law degree from Georgia State University, summa cum laude, where she was a Dean’s Scholar and among the top 10 first-year students presented the Outer Barristers’ Guild Award. She is a selected member of Order of the Coif, an honorary scholastic society. Ashley also received a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from University of Central Florida and her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from DePaul University.

Katherine SilvermanKatherine M. Silverman has joined the firm as an associate attorney in its business litigation, non-compete/trade secrets and real estate litigation practice areas. Katherine assists clients in a variety of business disputes involving commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, intellectual property and trade secrets and lending relationships. She brings a unique depth of experience in the retail sector for her commercial real estate clients.
