New Report: "Non-Compete Contracts: Economic Efforts and Policy Implications"

Recent research suggests that nearly 30 million people are covered by non-compete agreements, according to the Office of Economic Policy U.S. Department of the Treasury’s March 2016 report, Non-compete Contracts: Economic Effects and Policy Implications. It continues to state “the prevalence of such agreements raises important questions about how they affect worker welfare, job mobility, business dynamics and economic growth more generally.”
