Biography
Ruari O’Sullivan takes the proactive approach. In working with business owners, he anticipates their issues and puts structures in place to protect their interests. In negotiating complex transactions, Ruari keeps the big picture in focus while addressing details that make each deal unique – always with the goal of generating the best result for his clients.
A Principal at Berman Fink Van Horn, Ruari works closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, developers, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate transactions. He also counsels entrepreneurs and business clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, from business formation to mergers and sales.
Ruari is a cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the executive board of the Georgia Law Review, and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia Honors Program.
Outside of the office, Ruari often turns his analytical eye toward literature and enjoys Gaelic football, backpacking, and cycling.
