Biography
Emma Sammons is a dedicated advocate who excels at uncovering the distinct narratives that shape each case. With a passion for strategic problem-solving, she guides clients through a wide range of business challenges, including contract disputes, intellectual property matters, and employment and noncompete issues.
Emma earned her Juris Doctor with honors from Emory University School of Law, where she was selected for publication in the Emory International Law Review. She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Studies and Spanish Language and Literature from Fordham University, graduating summa cum laude.
A proud alumna of the Berman Fink Van Horn Summer Associate Program, Emma also gained valuable experience through legal internships with the United States Court of International Trade in New York and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut.
Outside of her legal practice, Emma enjoys exploring Atlanta’s vibrant culinary scene, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
