Cher Gregoire

  • Biography

Cher Gregoire leaves no stone unturned. She enjoys researching and analyzing all aspects of a matter to help clients avoid disputes, or serve as a fierce advocate if a dispute is unavoidable.

With extensive litigation experience, Cher counsels clients in many industries in disputes involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets and other competition-related issues, intellectual property (including actions involving trademark infringement and counterfeiting), fiduciary duty, business divorce and shareholder/partner breakups, contracts, construction, commercial real estate, commercial leasing, creditors rights, commercial secured and unsecured lending, trusts and estates, insurance coverage, and litigation related to alcohol licensing and regulatory matters.

To the advantage of her clients, Cher’s experience as a litigator also provides her with the ability to view non-litigation matters through a prism of dispute avoidance. To that end, Cher also counsels clients with respect to a variety of non-litigation matters, including trademark prosecution, branding and enforcement, non-disclosure and noncompete agreements, construction contracts, and commercial leases.

Cher’s extensive experience includes commercial litigation in state and federal courts, and before  the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

A graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, Cher was a member of the Law Review Editorial Board.  Cher received her Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College in International Studies and English (cum laude). Outside of the office, Cher enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and rescue dog, Bennie.
