Staffing company executive’s non-compete declared unenforceable

A national staffing company retained Berman Fink Van Horn to represent an executive that was sued in federal court by his former employer, a large multi-national company. The former employer sought to enjoin the executive from violating his non-compete. Thanks to Berman Fink Van Horn, the Court ruled that the executive’s non-compete was over-broad and unenforceable. The company dismissed the case.
