BFV Client Faces Community Opposition,Granted Zoning & Alcohol License

Berman Fink Van Horn assisted a restaurant client in a zoning and alcohol licensing matter. After receiving approval for zoning, the client faced community opposition for its alcohol license. On appeal to the Cobb County Board of Commissioners, BFV faced an administrative trial, including opposition that was called to testify against our client, followed by BFV calling strategic witnesses to the stand and entering evidence to support our client. After a two hour hearing, our client was granted the license with a vote of 4-1. After more than 2 years, our client claimed victory in a very long zoning and alcohol licensing matter.
