February 11, 2020 – Atlanta, Georgia –Berman Fink Van Horn is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel H. Park to Principal. Daniel is a member of the firm’s business and real estate litigation, non-compete/trade secrets and labor and employment practice areas. He has been with Berman Fink Van Horn since 2016.
Daniel assists companies in all aspects of business disputes, working with employers on matters from competition-related issues involving employee restrictive covenants and trade secret theft to discrimination claims and matters involving contracts. Daniel finds ways for business owners to take preventative measures to grow their business and is also a strategic litigator that protects clients’ business interests. He has experience representing employers in a wide variety of industries in both state and federal court.
