Berman Fink Van Horn sponsors Conexx event to honor Georgia’s Governor Nathan Deal

 

As chairman of Conexx, Berman Fink Van Horn’s Benjamin Fink is involved in the organization’s mission to foster business and economic opportunity in the Southeast and Israel. At a recent Gala event with more than 300 guests from the Atlanta and Southeast business community, Conexx leadership had the proud honor to present the 2017 Tom Glaser Leadership Award to Governor Nathan Deal. Governor Deal received this honor for his steadfast support of Georgia’s economic and strategic ties with Israel. Additional highlights included:

  • Southern Company was awarded “U.S. Company of the Year.”
  • NICE was awarded the “Deal of the Year” for its acquisition of Nexidia, a company with roots at Georgia Tech.
  • Tosaf was awarded “Israeli Company of the Year.” Tosaf is looking to add 75 jobs to the Southeast economy over the next five years with an investment of $13.1 million.
  • The most successful Gala in the organization’s history, this year’s event was emceed by The Weather Channel’s on-air host, Stephanie Abrams.
