Berman Fink Van Horn Shareholder Kenneth N. Winkler to Be Honored by Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta

Kenneth N. Winkler, a shareholder with Berman Fink Van Horn (BFV), has been recognized by the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta (MJCCA) as the 2025 Harry Maziar Classic Honoree. The honor is bestowed annually by the MJCCA to a member whose philanthropic and volunteer commitment has helped shape Atlanta’s vibrant Jewish community. Ken will be recognized at the Harry Maziar Classic golf tournament on September 8 at The Golf Club of Georgia in Alpharetta.

“We are immensely proud of Ken and his steadfast commitment to honoring his Jewish heritage and giving back,” said Benjamin Fink, co-founder and president of BFV. “This award is a testament to his unwavering dedication and contributions to our community.”

Ken Winkler is an active member of the Jewish community. He works with JCC Global to help mobilize resources and support to improve Jewish life in Ukraine and previously served as chair of the board of the MJCCA. Beyond his JCC leadership, Ken supports many organizations including Kollel, Chabad, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, where he currently serves as the Chair of the Governance Committee. He has helped many Jewish organizations with human resources, employment law, and governance.

Ken has over 30 years of experience providing practical solutions for employers, business owners, organizations, and executives. He provides tailored guidance on executive agreements, severance packages, noncompetes, and other critical employment matters. Ken leads BFV’s hospitality practice. He serves as general counsel for the Georgia Hotel & Lodging Association and sits on the Industry Board of Georgia State’s Cecil B. Day School of Hospitality. Ken earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University.

The MJCCA is a nonprofit organization that has served the metropolitan Atlanta community for over 110 years. The MJCCA embraces people of all ages, races, denominations, affiliations, and abilities.
