With more than 30 years of experience, Benjamin has built a national litigation practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business and employment disputes. His work spans matters involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, business contracts, and corporate governance. Benjamin regularly appears in U.S. state and federal courts nationwide, where he has successfully tried cases, defended and obtained injunctions, prevailed on numerous motions, and obtained favorable settlements in high-stakes litigation.
