Berman Fink Van Horn counsel Rebecca Hagenson has been appointed secretary of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) Board of Directors, and associates Ashley Bowcott and Alexandra Zimmer have been appointed co-chairs of GAWL’s Mentoring and Civic Engagement committees, respectively. The induction took place April 18 at the 2026 Georgia Association of Women Lawyer’s Annual Sneaker Ball.
Rebecca, Ashley, and Alexandra will work alongside fellow attorneys from across the state to further GAWL’s mission of enhancing the welfare and professional development of women lawyers throughout Georgia, while promoting leadership, equity, and opportunity within the legal profession.
GAWL is one of Georgia’s oldest and most respected statewide bar associations dedicated to advancing women in the legal profession. Founded in 1928, GAWL has a long history of supporting women attorneys through education, advocacy, leadership development, and community engagement.
