Berman Fink Van Horn Attorney Brett Switzer Appointed to the Cristo Rey Atlanta Mission & Identity Committee

Berman Fink Van Horn principal Brett Switzer has been appointed to the Mission & Identity Committee at Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School.

The mission of Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School is to prepare underserved students for college and career success through a unique model combining a rigorous college preparatory curriculum with a Corporate Work Study Program. The school’s overall goal is to educate young people of limited economic means to become “men and women for and with others”. This is achieved through a holistic Jesuit education that fosters academic and personal excellence, professional skills, and a commitment to community service and social justice.

The committee plays a vital role in implementing the school’s strategic plan—members provide leadership on spiritual formation, oversee liturgical life, support mission-related programming, and advise school leadership—while also serving as a liaison to the broader Jesuit network.
An alumnus of Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas, Brett’s commitment to service continues to shape his work as a lawyer and as an active member of the Atlanta community. His involvement reflects his broader dedication to fostering community, mentorship, and opportunities for the next generation in the tradition of Saint Ignatius of Loyola and the Jesuit order.

As a principal at BFV, Brett focuses his practice on complex business litigation and white-collar matters for corporate clients and their executives when the federal government is involved. He also proudly handles court appointed cases for indigent defendants as a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the Northern District of Georgia.
