Admitted to practice in 1975, Alan has devoted his practice to representing clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States on the trial and appellate levels.

Throughout his legal career, Alan has primarily focused on assisting companies and individuals in disputes involving unfair competitive acts. Alan has represented countless companies in enforcement actions as well as defended numerous companies and individuals against such claims. His experience includes over 100 trials and arbitration proceedings involving various kinds of business disputes, including business torts, intellectual property, defamation, unfair competition claims, insurance coverage, ERISA, and healthcare.
Alan is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, Lamar Inn of Court, the State Bar of Georgia, and the State Bar of Alabama. He has served as a member of Civil War Roundtable of Atlanta and the Board of Directors of the Jewish National Fund Southeast Region. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a top-rated business litigation attorney in Atlanta since 2006 and by Georgia Trend Magazine as a “Georgia Legal Elite” since 2011.
