January 13, 2022 – Atlanta, Georgia – Berman Fink Van Horn is pleased to announce the promotion of Katherine M. Silverman to Principal of the firm and to welcome Jeremy L. Kahn as Counsel.
Katherine Silverman’s practice focuses on business litigation, non-compete/trade secrets and real estate litigation. She assists clients in a variety of business disputes involving commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, intellectual property, trade secrets, and lending relationships. Katherine brings a unique depth of experience in the retail sector for her commercial real estate clients.
Katherine is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and received a B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University. She has been with Berman Fink Van Horn since 2018.
Jeremy Kahn has joined Berman Fink Van Horn as Counsel. His practice focuses on business litigation, insurance recovery, non-compete/trade secrets, real estate litigation and banking & creditors’ rights. Jeremy advises clients in a variety of business disputes, including contractual matters and business torts, insurance recovery, fraud, deceptive trade practices, partnership and shareholder matters, banking and consumer finance cases, real estate and trade secret and non-compete litigation.
Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and received his B.A. from University of Michigan.
