Mr. Weinrich joined Berman Fink Van Horn in 2006. He concentrates his practice on commercial litigation involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, computer fraud and other competition-related issues. Mr. Weinrich represents employers and employees from a wide variety of industries in unfair competition disputes in Georgia courts and other jurisdictions, as well as in arbitral forums. Since 2012, Neal has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Georgia. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and served as Vice-Chair of the Digital Forensics Subcommittee of the Trade Secret Law Committee. He also served as co-chair of the Ethics and Professionalism Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar. Neal writes and speaks frequently on various issues that arise in competition-related cases and is co-founder of the blog, Georgia Non-Compete and Trade Secret News.Mr. Park joined Berman Fink Van Horn in 2016. A business litigator, Mr. Park works with companies and business people on disputes ranging from employment to real estate to unfair competition. He concentrates his practice on business litigation; labor and employment; non-compete, trade secret and unfair competition litigation; and real estate litigation. Previously, Mr. Park was an associate at another law firm in Atlanta. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and Boston College (cum laude).
