The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) recently released its charge statistics for FY 2014. The number of employment discrimination charges filed in FY 2014 totaled 88,778. The number of charges filed in FY 2014 EEOC is a decrease from FY 2013 and is the lowest number of charges filed since FY 2008.
