Nicole counsels companies regarding disputes that arise in every day operations, including business and real estate litigation and non-compete and trade secrets matters. In her previous position, Nicole represented businesses and business owners, including pharmaceutical and technology companies, in patent litigation cases involving mobile payment systems technology and networking and software applications.
A graduate of Georgia State University School of Law (cum laude), Nicole received her Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama, with an Honors Program distinction.
Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys reading crime novels, listening to podcasts, attending concerts and playing with her two adopted dogs.
