Chad is a commercial litigator with a focus on noncompete, trade secret, and real estate litigation. He also has a background in intellectual property, insurance coverage litigation, and healthcare, having previously worked as a litigation associate at a multistate law firm based in Florida.

Chad’s experience includes all aspects of litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, engaging in motions practice, court hearings, depositions, and mediations. He earned his J.D., B.A., and B.S. from Michigan State University.

While not in the office, Chad enjoys attending Atlanta Braves baseball games, hiking, gardening, and exploring Atlanta’s diverse culinary scene. He also enjoys volunteering and has received recognition for his pro bono work on behalf of Kids in Need of Defense (KIND).
