  • Biography

    Communicate with intent. Carson Modrall has always understood the power of words and persuasion. From her days in theater through law school and her career, Carson has honed her skills in writing and a passion for making sound arguments. As a Litigation Associate at Berman Fink Van Horn, Carson uses those skills to fiercely advocate for her clients and craft effective and creative solutions to solve every day business challenges.

    A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Carson was inducted into the Order of Emory Advocates for her achievements in advocacy. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors, Religious Studies and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.

    Outside of the office, Carson enjoys live theater, running, snuggling with her two rescue cats and trying to beat her Peloton PR. She is also conversational in Spanish.

  • Representative Matters

    • Successfully defended a financial institution in a multi-day arbitration against a claim by a business owner relating to funds from a COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan.
    • Obtained a complete dismissal of fraud and related claims against seller by former spouse over sale of multi-million dollar luxury property.
