Congratulations to Benjamin Fink for receiving the Atlanta Bar Association’s Distinguished Service Award for demonstrating outstanding service as chair of the labor and employment law section. Ben helped conceive an anniversary event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the landmark 1964 Civil Rights bill.

On August 13th, Charles Van Horn will present “Turning Bad Debt Into Meaningful Recovery” at the Community Bankers Association of Georgia headquarters in Atlanta. The seminar is open to members and non-members.

Neal Weinrich presented “Unfair Competition 101: A Primer for Business Owners and Employees” at the Tulane Atlanta Alumni Association Business Breakfast in Atlanta. Recently, Neal presented “Recent Developments in Georgia Non-Compete Law” at a continuing legal education seminar for attorneys. The Employment Law seminar was held at Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Ga.

Charles Van Horn presented “Real Estate Litigation: The Dirt on Litigating a Real Estate Claim” to members of the Atlanta Bar Association.
